The Descor srl company has many years of expertise in the CAD/GIS/BIM/Facility Management field and has been present on the market for over 30 years, supporting its customers in the digital transformation process, helping them in the process of adopting new technologies and in the consequent necessary change management process. It has developed the Enterprise Asset, Energy & Facility Management platform Infocad.FM for the management of real estate assets, which it makes available for the "problem-driven" research project in SaaS mode. Infocad.FM is a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) which collects all the information relating to properties and infrastructures in a single database (Oracle) and common between the various organizational units, and makes it usable regardless of the workstation, in a simple and intuitive environment (web), based on access profiles differentiated by user role. It also allows to manage scheduled maintenance activities and extraordinary works, complete with customized accounting. As part of the research project in question with the University of Florence, Infocad.FM acts as a database for the collection of all the data coming from the BIM records, from the information generated by the IoT tools, from the feedback of the operational processes in the field. Infocad.FM therefore represents the Common Data Environment (CDE) of the project, which will also allow the graphic visualization of the BIM model, to interface, analyze and exploit the data coming from sensors that are part of a BMS or IoT, to make strategic decisions on multiple areas.
